The Speed of Light -- A Constant for Measurement, not for the Emitting Bodies

SPUE flow is like viewing the Amazon River during the rainy season from a private jet-- it is hard to estimate the speed that the river is flowing unless you measure the speed of the logs & debris (neutrinos/photons/electrons) that are being dragged along.

SPUE Tale #2 -- The speed of "speed" in Seaville Village, Wilson County (68 MPH).

Once the concept of SPUE is embraced, many issues become clear.  The "speed of light" is a constant only because our sensory equipment doesn't detect SPUE until it coalesces into reasonable sized (rotating) blobs of SPUE and is traveling past us at a speed which activates our sensors.  The pulse of secondary SPUE spin-offs caused by its internal rotation we sense as color.

Einstein was right about the speed of light being measured as a constant, but not about those "semantic" implications from the Lorenz Transformation formula and the meaning of the square root of negative numbers.  In other words, things CAN (and do routinely) travel faster than light, but we only see the light-speed evidence.

I used to worry in my notebooks about earth being wiped out by an old supernova star fragment approaching faster than the speed of light!  But light IS different than the compression waves which transmit sound waves.  What we call "light" are rotating coalesced blobs of SPUE which happen to be passing us at a speed that "trips" the sensors in our eyes.  On the SPUE Superhighway (no Al Gore jokes here!), SPUE is traveling at all kinds of speeds.  So, when an object emits SPUE, some portion of the rotating, coalescing SPUE blobs will match our detection speed and we will "see" the object, no matter what its CORE relative speed happens to be.  When the object approaches us, we see SPUE that was emitted slower than light (with the relative delta in speed bringing that SPUE up to "light speed."  When objects recede from us, we see SPUE that was emitted faster than light (with the relative delta bringing that SPUE down to "light speed."  In fact, at super-light speeds we will see two "independent objects" mysteriously linked in behavior at a distance -- something commonly labeled as "spooky" or "anti-matter."

Red Shift, Once Again Defined as "Tired Light" NOT a Recession Marker

Red shift, as proposed in the past by others, is more about "tired light" where the rotational speed (frequency) diminishes (and coalesced more) over the length/time of its journey due to universal SPUE drag.  So naturally, stars which are farther away show more red shift.  Red shift, then, does not lend evidence to stars escaping in an expanding universe.  Nope.  Steady State for me.  (The only Big Bang I believe in is the sound of the Big Bang's bubble bursting.) I'm from Michigan whose state slogan is "If you seek a beautiful peninsula, look about you."  SPUE Theory's infinite time premise has its own slogan: "If you seek to know what the universe looked like at the instant of creation, look about you."

Another factor proposed on the "electric-cosmos.org web" site is that the redshift may be affected by the inherent, component properties of the emitting body (quasars and apparently nearby galaxies with highly differing redshifts).  In SPUE Theory, the size and rotational speed of the core being slower may "launch" the radiation seen as light at lower initial speeds.  DENSER objects (higher SPUE Protection Factor) would cause the ambient universal SPUE wind coming "head-on" to slow out-going radiation more so than smaller, less dense emitters.  For a discussion of this other "alternate theory" on redshift independent of SPUE Theory, locate "Inherent Redshift" on the following web page: <http://electric-cosmos.org/arp.htm>

SPUE Tale #3:  Eddie Maxwell Farnsworth's Tin-Can Communication System:  "SET I"

This is the story of a little boy who wanted to talk with strangers from the big city.  His father told him that people from the big city don't stop in their little town since the freeway was built 10 years ago.  Eddie was undaunted.  He read a science experiment in one of his books at school about making a "telephone" out of string and two tin cans.

Eddie got the two tin cans and a very long kite string.  He could see the freeway from his bedroom window and he built his communication system.  Eddie lodged a tin can in the crook of a tree next to the freeway and posted a sign "Please Talk to Me." The other can he mounted in the window of his bedroom.

He waited and he waited.  All he ever heard was the background noise of cars and trucks zooming by.  No one ever answered his plea.  Eddie concluded that there were no intelligent people in the big city.
