17 Dec 2004: NASA notes a stream of Helium every December. Although they cite Ophiuchus as the direction, I am inclined to believe it is from the CORE of the Milky Way, also in that general direction. SPUE from that core would have traveled long enough to coalesce all the way up to He which is why we don't see it as light or gamma rays... just another WACCO thought.
